Senior Account Manager, Corporate Solutions (Remote) - Boston, MA

The Corporate Solutions team is looking to bring a dedicated Senior Account Manager to own and manage a large portfolio of Corporate Solutions Accounts. This role is a great opportunity for an individual that loves interfacing with clients and is comfortable using data to inform priorities. The Senior Account Manager will focus on driving account growth through customer health, product adoption, and identifying trends in customer use.

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Build strong relationships: You’ll collaborate with the account management team to own & grow  Corporate Solutions for a portfolio of small to mid-market accounts.
  • Execute a consultative approach with your book of business: You’ll confidently initiate conversations with customers around performance, retention, optimization, and growth.
  • Identify growth opportunities: You’ll utilize data to drive as you identify growth opportunities within current and future accounts with a focus on retaining and expanding bookings in your book of business.
  • Build and execute success plans: You’ll clearly communicate and define business outcomes with identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and the metrics & activities needed to achieve them.
  • Optimize adoption across your book: You’ll develop a strong understanding of your customer segment  including their business drivers & strategies guided by success stories from alike accounts & industry trends specifically around how they can use Food for Work to drive their initiatives.
  • Be the voice of the customer: You’ll advocate for your customer to cross-functional teams including sharing needs with product, marketing, and support to ensure optimal alignment and prioritization.
  • Aim Higher. Make it Better: You’ll work with Onboarding, Account Management, Support, Operations, and Product to ensure that we’re hearing what our customers need and that we’re setting the right expectation to drive an evergreen zero-churn program.
  • Rely on data to identify and solve problems: You’ll use all data at your disposal to rank priorities, proactively solve problems before they exist, and share data with customers & internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

What You Have

  • 3+ years in a sales centric customer facing role, ideally in account management, sales
  • Innate emotional intelligence, empathy, and negotiation skills (you build trust quickly and maintain it easily)
  • A comfortability with using data to inform priorities and identify where your time is best used to deliver results
  • A scrappiness and grittiness about you that is comfortable in navigating within ambiguity
  • Problem-solving expertise (you start with root cause and tailor solutions accordingly)
  • An entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude; you’re ready to hit the ground running in a developing role on a team that’s new to ezCater
  • The ability to prioritize, balance, and delegate tasks appropriately
  • Executive presence and excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • A high comfort level with presenting via video, including one-to-one and one-to-many sessions, both live and recorded

The national cash compensation for this role is a base salary of $80,000 with a variable component of $40,000 for an on target earnings of $120,000 per year.*
