The Genesys Global Security, Privacy & Compliance COE (Centre of Excellence) team is made up of Security/Privacy/Compliance experts with the skills to provide expert services in support of the Genesys business (Genesys Sales, Presales, Customers, Partners, Prospects, external consultants etc.). The team is single point of contact for these teams for all security, privacy & compliance related engagements.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a subject matter expert, you will assist our sales account team to support security, privacy & compliance discussions that include explaining security, privacy and compliance policies, controls and processes for Genesys solutions.
You will be lead for product security/privacy/compliance questions and consulting engagements for prospects, customers, and partners.
You will be expected to demo security, privacy and compliance product features to our prospects, customers, and partners to support our security, compliance and privacy approach.
You will support our global team with security, privacy & compliance audits/assessments due diligence engagements.
You will address customers questions/concerns related to pen tests.
You will own and manage other global engagements as and when required.
