Sales Manager - Renewals

- This is a Hybrid position regularly requiring time in a UL office.
- The Sales Manager - Renewals will develop and motivate Renewals Team by coaching and transferring the knowledge of consultative selling skills and sales techniques, service offerings, and industry knowledge to the sales team to drive results
- Lead client engagement by developing and managing relationships at the middle management and key decision maker levels for large and medium customers.
- Hold sales staff accountable for assigned sales targets
- Demonstrate expertise and understanding in latest market developments and trends to drive go-to market strategies.
- Manage the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.

- Total Rewards: The target annual pay range for this position is $188,500.-203,000. which includes a base salary of $130,000. - $140,000. and 100% on target performance. Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 45% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance.
- Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level. We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours). - Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of Customer Success experience
- 3+ years of experience leading a team of >8
- Significant experience in Software sales environment and deep knowledge of Renewals processes
- Proven ability to effectively lead a global team
- Experience leading team in a highly transactional environment
- Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers.
- Expert on sales strategies and tactics.
- Some business travel and work outside of the office is required.
