The Opportunity

Our Cardiometabolics business currently has an opportunity for an Enterprise Solutions Director for the Central Region. This position manages Enterprise Account strategy and execution for the United States - Central Region, Collaborates with Managing Director and District Managers to ensure optimal execution aligned to the US Commercial Organization and global Enterprise sales process.

Provides leadership; coaching and development of Enterprise Account Managers to position Abbott’s total Value Proposition, to meet/exceed revenue expectations and ensure solid client relationships.

Responsible for large; complex; multi-tier networks.

Directly Manages Account Enterprise Managers and works in conjunction with the US Commercial Organization’s Technical Solutions Team and the District Managers

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Drive Strategic Commercial execution at the US IDNs, Enterprise accounts and platinum Targets listed at the 2025 plan and the T&S tool.
  • Building & Executing Strategic Accounts Management Quarterly to drive Sales Execution in critical targets including ‘Landmark’ Health systems & high-volume segment. Driving sales execution at the executive level through Abbott’s End to End Value Proposition.
  • Drive utilization and performance execution with the Enterprise Salesforce and Power BI system & tools to ensure excellent business level control.
  • Collaborate and Partners with the Regional Managers to achieve the New Business Growth expectations by Region
  • Drive highly effective Enterprise Team skill development. Motivate and inspire team to accomplish BUs goals. Manage Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) sales resources connected to the multi-tier network and other product and sales specialist positions. Build team of CM resources to best execute complex sales strategy.
  • Gain deep understanding of account needs, stakeholders, and competitive situation in largest most complex multi-tier networks. Analyze impact of market trends and factors on clients. Develop strategic account plans for achieving goals including sales and margin. Identify new business opportunities by initiating; developing or delivering unique solutions that result in improved outcomes for customer and company.
  • Negotiating Renewals long term contracts.
  • Achievement of Published Enterprise Performance Win rates: Share capture & Renewal.
  • Drive Contract Compliance within the Enterprise segment.
  • Collaborate with the CSE team to maximize Pipeline execution

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 8+ years in leadership roles demonstrating ability to align and integrate diverse business teams and functions to ensure they work together to deliver results.
  • Experience leading & executing complex (multi stakeholder/multiyear) contract negotiations.
  • Proven track record in gaining market share or growing the market and/or renewing/defending existing business.

The base pay for this position is

$143,300.00 – $286,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
