The Revenue Operations team is responsible for turbo-charging the day-to-day operations for our revenue teams. You will provide support for these teams by owning and leading our daily reporting, revenue forecasting, territory management, pipeline monitoring/management, and rules of engagement. The Revenue Operations team also identifies and designs new processes that help ensure the business is operating at its full potential. 

As the Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for project management, process design, operational best practice enforcement, and building strong operational rigor and expectations in forecasting, source of truth reporting, and ad-hoc analysis. You will own various projects that require strong cross-functional alignment, change management, and problem solving skills to ensure we are delivering for our teams and customers. 

What you’ll do as a Revenue Operations Manager at Vanta:

  • Cross functional stakeholder management to milestones are hit and projects are effectively rolled out to the field. 

  • Identifying gaps in Vanta’s partner GTM motion and utilizing data to design recommendations and improvements and ensuring their successful rollout across various departments. 

  • Own and maintain territory management, and efficiency across Vanta’s Partner and MSP teams.

  • Ensuring alignment between teams in how we deploy resources to ensure we are maximizing their impact. 

  • Own Vanta’s Partner Rules of Engagement and be responsible for maintaining a singular source of truth across all teams 

  • Evaluate and refine revenue-related processes to ensure scalability and efficiency across the sales, marketing, and customer success funnels. 

  • Design, iteration, communication, and enforcement of rules of engagement to ensure the best customer experience.

  • Manage and prioritize competing demands and priorities ensuring that project deadlines are met while communicating tradeoffs where necessary

  • Manage Vanta’s Deal desk motion for Partnership/ MSP

  • Build and maintain a strong operating rhythm for Vanta’s sales motion

How to be successful in this role:

  • Experience with managing operations for MSP/ Partner motions in B2B Sales

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with at least 2 years supporting B2B software revenue teams.
