Your role:Ā 

You are a Regional Sales Manager with years of experience having expanded, managed, and up-leveled sales teams within high-growth environments. At HopSkipDrive, you will lead a team of 6-10 Regional Account Managers to maintain and grow client relationships as well as drive new revenue growth across assigned regions. This role is pivotal in shaping the success and strategic direction of HopSkipDriveā€™s sales efforts and offers substantial leadership and career growth opportunities within the company.Ā 

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and enhance the performance of your team of Regional Account Managers, ensuring they contribute to HopSkipDriveā€™s Education business growth in line with company expectations
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and management to establish and achieve common revenue goals across 8-10 markets/metrosĀ 
  • Mentor and support your team in using a consultative sales approach to understand and meet client needs with effective solutionsĀ 
  • Monitor and enhance your teamā€™s management of a portfolio of current clients while also pushing for new pipeline growthĀ 
  • Lead strategic initiatives to identify additional needs of clients and introduce new value propositions to expand businessĀ 
  • Ā Ensure your team is familiar with, and can speak honestly and effectively to, the ever-evolving ways in which HopSkipDriveā€™s solutions address client transportation challenges
  • Foster a collaborative environment between sales, support, product, and operations teams to integrate client feedback into service enhancementsĀ 
  • Develop strategies to enhance team performance and achieve targets, including regular on-site client visitsĀ
