Program Manager

Overview
In accordance with contractual requirements, the Program Manager will partner with the assigned account management team(s) in support of the successful delivery of Cotiviti Government Services client(s). Responsibilities include supporting the implementation and on-going execution of government contract(s), maintaining an excellent client relationship, and creating value for the client by identifying contract growth opportunities. The Program Manager will collaborate with the account management team on financial, operational and business decisions in support of the client contract. A successful candidate should possess strong analytical, organizational, and self- management skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes data to support business and operational decisions.
- Ability to troubleshoot on demand and proactively identify issues or obstacles that may hinder success.
- Collaborate with client(s) and Account Management Team to develop project approach and implementation plans.
- Produce and manage documents related to client projects, calls, meetings, initiatives and follow ups.
- Build relationships with internal and external staff to ensure client expectations are met.
- Supports client relationship; responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and regularly communicates and interacts with client(s).
- Supports collaboration between account management team and operations staff through frequent interaction.
- Accountable for technical accuracy, timeliness, and quality of project deliverables.
- Create and present documents and/or PowerPoint presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Supports the Cotiviti Government growth team by participating in Request for Proposal (RFPs) response and Requests for Information (RFI) responses.
- Works with the account team to monitor and manage budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s).
- Identifies and communications sources of opportunity and risk and proposed mitigations
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree - required. An equivalent combination of education and/or related experience may also be considered
- 3+ years of account management or project management experience required with experience in one of the following areas desired: Health Insurance, Government, Client Service/Business to Business, Health Policy, and/or claims operations.
- Ability to manage projects, certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - preferred
- 2+ years Medicare and/or Medicaid experience, or other related healthcare experience –– Preferred
- 2+ years of experience with Cotiviti product offerings - Preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with internal and external individuals
- Strong analytic skills to analyze information and ability to interpret findings to address work related issues. Intermediate skills with Excel are required.
- Must undergo a federal background investigation to support federal contracts/clients.
- Must be flexible to adjust with changing work environment to support client and business unit needs.
- Occasional travel may be requested based on business needs.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

- Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
- Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
Base compensation ranges from $75,000 to $105,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
