Atlassian is looking for a world-class Product Marketer to lead the go-to-market and enablement efforts for the developer solutions product marketing team. To be successful in this role, you'll need to understand our enterprise and high-touch sales motions and work closely with our sales and product teams to bring the customer's voice back into our product. You'll report to the Director of Product Marketing, Developer Solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop and refine differentiated positioning, use cases, and demos to be used by the broader marketing and sales organization
- Build, package, and deliver relevant sales tools and training material, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and positioning
- Drive PMM participation in sales programs, sales plays, and other pipeline-generation activities
- Stay on top of customer, market, and competitive research to shape messaging, campaigns, sales enablement, and influence our product strategy
- Analyze sales performance metrics to share applicable insights to improve metrics like pipeline, product attach rate, adoption, and customer retention
- Increase sales success by providing direct deal support through tactics like account strategy, deal win stories, objection handling, and product positioning
Qualifications
Your background:
- 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience
- Have worked to create enterprise solutions in a marketing, pre-sales, or post-sales capacity
- Strategize and create messaging and customer-facing content (presentations, demo scripting, web copy)
- An understanding of both PLG and sales-led GTM tactics to execute go-to-market plans across the appropriate mix of channels
- Be passionate, with a no-B.S., can-do attitude who likes to make data-informed decisions
- Thrive on teamwork and experience building relationships with peers and stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and more
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs.
