The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Director/Senior Director for our Clinical Operations marketing team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading complex, multi-product enterprise software marketing in a dynamic, adaptive environment. Working closely with partners across Strategy, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, this individual will play a critical role in helping us refine and scale our marketing efforts to enable growth in our Clinical Operations business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor the Clinical Operations product marketing team
• Act as the primary point person for Clinical Operations product marketing globally
• Collaborate on marketing strategy and annual planning in conjunction with field marketing, strategy, and sales
• Partner with field marketing to create integrated campaigns that effectively communicate to specific audiences
• Craft compelling and succinct product messaging and positioning
• Create content (e.g. thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics) to articulate the benefits of our solutions
• Maintain a library of sales tools, such as customer presentations
• Play a critical role in Veeva customer conferences, including planning the agenda, recruiting customer speakers, and creating customer content. 

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in B2B product marketing, with prior success marketing complex enterprise cloud software solutions
• 2+ years experience as a people manager
• Exceptional written and oral communication with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging
• Excels in dynamic, global environments with competing priorities
• Abie to lead and influence across all functions and levels
• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Servant leader and team player with a positive attitude

• Familiarity with the life sciences industry
• Experience marketing to both net new and existing customers

Compensation

• Base pay: $125,000 - $250,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
