Job Description

We’re looking for a Portfolio Marketing Manager, Mobile to define new standards in data-driven, persona-focused marketing. In this role, you’ll help lead go-to-market strategies and messaging and positioning for our industry-leading Field Solutions. You’ll also create marketing programs and launch plans that continue to establish Procore as the best construction management platform. Leading with curiosity, being a collaborative team member, the Portfolio Marketing Manager for Mobile will need to take a calculated approach in how we go to market for our industry specific Operations and Field personas.  As a successful Portfolio Marketing Manager, Mobile, you have experience in leading market research, polished presentation skills, and experience developing strategies and tactics to encourage growth and adoption for prospects and customers.

This position reports into Director, Product Marketing and has the opportunity to work remotely in the US or be based out of any of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Your Impact:

  • Customer Expertise: Become the go-to expert on your persona base, with insights from macro & micro level customer feedback to inform into Product development, GTM strategies, positioning and messaging on a regular basis

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of GTM plans for new and existing products in your portfolio, and serve as the liaison between Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, and Technology Partners to align GTM and launch timelines to releases for Operations and Field Personas

  • Messaging & Positioning: Own the external-facing messages and content creation strategy for product releases for the Operations and Field persona, and ensure releases are communicated to in such a way to express the differentiated value clearly and translated into content that drives engagement across marketing channels

  • Analytics and Reporting: Strategize how to achieve key metrics, and monitor performance to assess the effectiveness of marketing and product initiatives

  • Market Research: Identify opportunities for growth and build business plans that clearly define new market, and product differentiation opportunities including trends and challenges

  • Event Participation: Represent Procore at industry trade events, executive forums, partner meetings, and roadshows and produce and present compelling presentations - up to 25% travel (may include domestic and international), industry events, and other Procore offices

  • Collaborative Partner: Ensure internal groups are aligned with go-to-market strategies, primary personas, and can properly position Procore with the necessary information and collateral to execute successfully for their remit

What we're looking for:

  • Construction experience or knowledge of the construction industry

  • MBA or equivalent business experience preferred

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience

  • Knowledge of SaaS platform solutions focused on mobile processes is a plus

  • Solid marketing expertise, including launch strategy and execution, positioning, pricing, and packaging with excellent public speaking and presentation skills; ability to create high-quality presentations in Google Slides

  • Analytic and creative mindset; attention to detail and quality of deliverables and comfortable with deadlines and ensuring execution through measured results

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects, business partners, sales, customer support, and development

  • Ability to take complete ownership of your role and take initiative to find opportunities and develop plans that inspire others

  • Proven track record of results and demonstrated career progression

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $124,560 - $171,270. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
