As a key member of the NMI Sales team, the Partner Launch Manager will be responsible for onboarding and “launching” newly signed payment partners, providing a delightful partner experience while enabling partners to launch and begin use of the NMI Payments and Gateway solutions.  

The Partner Launch Manager enables partners to successfully adopt NMI solutions and technology while driving partners to launch as quickly as possible. The Partner Launch Manager (PLM) provides both operational and sales consultation, and is an expert at hands-on demonstration of the NMI systems and solutions. The PLM is adept at providing sales enablement training, tools and other resources to accelerate partner success. The PLM is also responsible for identifying opportunities and growth areas within our new partner base, ensuring partners are in a position to grow and adopt additional NMI solutions successfully. 

 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and own the critical early phase of the partner lifecycle by onboarding and “launching” new NMI partners
  • Enable partners to efficiently realize the value of solutions, maximizing engagement, while ensuring speed to revenue and providing a fantastic partner experience
  • Become an expert in the NMI Gateway, the partner and merchant portals, and the NMI Payment solution
  • Advise and enable partner success as Partners go through the onboarding process and adopt the NMI Payments and Gateway solutions
  • Effectively deliver engaging enablement training and demos with partners to increase partner knowledge of solutions and grow partner share of mind
  • Manage a portfolio of partner onboardings to successful outcomes, accelerating speed to revenue, growth of portfolio and time to value
  • Review and refine internal processes, enablement and customer experience tactics to provide the best possible partner experience
  • Remain current and knowledgeable on all products, software and services
  • Maintains accurate and timely records for efficient reporting of sales and account management activities via written, oral and Salesforce.com, as required
  • Performs all other related tasks or duties as assigned

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of relevant customer success, service, support or account management experience. Sales experience is a plus
  • A proven top performer
