As the Multi-National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned client portfolio account(s) to include but not limited to client retention, contract negotiation, implementation and business consolidation, sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment and profitability), business planning and reviews, establishing relationships with key decision makers in multiple regions, staff development, business continuance, and escalation of operational issues. Specifically, you will coordinate and manage travel projects and initiatives for multiple countries and service configurations for one or more customers that has not centrally consolidated their travel program, typically across multiple regions. Works with local country contacts (internal and external) to accomplish client goals.
As a Multi-National Account Manager, you will

Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision makers at all levels within the customer organization, including introduction of BCD Travel senior management to the customer

Consult with the clients to identify short-term and long-term objectives for the global program and outline solutions to achieve objectives, including measurements and timelines

Develop Service Level Agreement for specific services, financial, MIS/CDS, program performance, technology and communication indicators, as applicable

Responsible for creating and maintaining budgets and financials; including billing, payment, and profitability

Focused on increasing revenues through up-sell and cross-sell of products and services that meet client's needs

Oversee any implementation of products and services, ensuring timelines are met and transitions are smooth
About you

Prior travel management company or related business travel account experience desired

Account management experience required

Extensive knowledge of current travel industry operations and technology

Effective negotiation skills and decision-making, problem solving skills

Excellent rapport building abilities, professional presentation skills, an engaging communicator
