Job Description:
Assure Legal Account Manager:
Summary:
Manage the day-to-day activities with clients of DXC Assure Legal. The Account Manager will be the main contact for all business and technical needs for these clients.
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee all requests coming from 10-20 clients.
- Function as the liaison between our customers, typically Property and Casualty Insurance Carriers, and the DXC internal team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly goals regarding interactions with clients and maintaining a high level of customer support.
- Manage the regular invoicing of these clients usually on a monthly basis.
- Be proficient in Time Management and Organizational skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited University
- 5+ years’ experience working in Account Management, preferably with Litigation Management Software
- Familiarity with the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry in the United States
- Familiarity with Litigation Management software
Other Qualifications:
- High people skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Proficient communication skills
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Presentation skills to communicate with management and customers.
- Personal computer and business solutions software skill (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
