Join our team in driving transformation in end-to-end sales planning and incentive compensation using Anaplan. You will lead planning for key projects and new capabilities, ensuring alignment with stakeholders on future needs and resources for building, testing, and implementing changes. You will seek platform improvements, develop quality measures for Compensation Plan modeling and Expense analytics, create processes to maintain model integrity, support user development, document platform architecture, maintain work instructions, and assist in training and knowledge transfer.
Your role:
Model Building and Project Management: Responsible for Model Building and System Architecture of existing Anaplan models. Handle all project aspects: requirements capturing, POC’s, development, delivery, testing, UAT, and training. Manage development team to ensure timely delivery and maintain model integrity. Assess risk points, drive mitigation, and provide daily updates on project deliverables. Engage partners as needed to deliver solutions and fixes.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Manage relationships with sales, operations, finance, HR, IT, and other key stakeholders to enhance data integration and quality. Maintain engagement with key stakeholders, share progress, and identify best practice opportunities. Represent Philips North America in broader forums to support development milestones and maximize capabilities. Participate in planning and optimization forums to improve key areas.
Expansion and Compliance Efforts: Assess expansion opportunities, initiate new projects, and develop business cases for approval. Develop and deliver platform quality metrics. Support compliance efforts and management practices as needed.
You are the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of Anaplan build experience with Anaplan Model Building certification (Master Anaplan Certification Preferred).
Your skills include proven planning, defining and building out Sales or Financial modeling and forecasting capabilities, and experience with sales operations – such as territory management, quota deployment, resource optimization, forecasting and compensation.
You have a Bachelor’s degree (required).
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re an excellent communicator at many levels (articulate, empathetic, motivating and energizing); strong presentation skills; and a well-organized multi-tasker, skilled at working in a highly matrixed organization. Also, highly analytical with a passion and curiosity for solving complex problems through data analysis. Understand project management execution and have experience with Agile development.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in AR, IA, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, OK, SC, TN, or WV is $107,000 to $171,000 per year.
The pay range for this position in AL, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, NH, NC, OH, PA, TX, VT, VA, or WI is $113,000 to $180,000 per year.
The pay range for this position in DE, MD, RI, or WA is $119,000 to $189,000 per year.
The pay range for this position in CT, DC, MA, NJ or NY is $126,000 to $201,000 per year.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
