The role
As an ambitious Inside Junior Sales Executive that will join our South Korean sales team, you will have diverse sales expertise and experience in a creative environment.
Your goal as Inside Junior Sales Executive will be to first research and prospect new leads which you will then convert into appointments with doctors, then into sales deals, By Running discovery & demo calls and in person visits to the Doctors Clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting Potential clients as well as Outbound calling and emailing potential clients, to inform them about our services and set up appointments, which are then logged in our CRM.
- Responding to Inbound communication with the same target as outbound.
- Run discovery & demo calls with prospects that you have arranged.
- Visits to the Doctors Clinics to meet with Surgeons and Dr's and do in person demos, leading to sales.
- Validate prospects needs and problems and outline the best possible solution that we can offer.
- Convert discovery and demo calls into sales.
- Constantly strive to improve the customer experience and your own knowledge of the product and how to convert prospects into sales effectively.
- Be involved in the whole customer journey and work closely with the Customer success team throughout the process, and continue to build that relationship long after the onboarding process is complete.

You must be based in or around Seoul, due to mostly onsite visits.

- Ice-breaker, customer-facing enthusiast with extraordinary listening, negotiation, presentation abilities, problem solving and exceptional customer service skills, who also is a great net worker.
- Self-starter and innovative thinker with a “take charge” attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction.
- A university degree.
- At least 3 years in sales, ( hands-on call centre experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calling, etc)
- Either B2B or SaaS experience is required
- Ability to work diligently with data from various sources
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated and thirsty for learning,
- Sold experience community business driven by referrals, ideally in the medical community/the aesthetic/cosmetic field is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce..).
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to overcome objectives.
- Can-do attitude, highly organised and evidence of a strong work ethic - going beyond “NO’s”
- Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with sales.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
- Skilled communicator and a superb listener
- Fluent/Native in both spoken and Written Korean, plus a good level of English. (Both are essential)
