Implementation Project Coordinator
Remote (US or Canada)
Our Customer Onboarding team is responsible for understanding the relationships and desired outcomes started during the sales process, building a launch plan for success, and helping customers get the most out of 1Password.
As a Project Coordinator II, you'll help customers maximize the potential of 1Password by leading the successful, timely delivery of the technical implementation and onboarding for new clients. You’ll manage multiple small projects simultaneously, gather requirements, help define scope, and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective client solutions. You'll also act as the primary client contact, maintaining project documentation, leading status meetings, coordinating issue resolution, ensuring timelines are met, and providing a smooth transition to post-launch support.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Project Management, Implementation, or other B2B SaaS function (or a related field), with a proven ability to support multiple small projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate project updates and manage client expectations
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Foundational understanding of Project Management methodologies and/or Implementation frameworks, with some experience applying best practices in a project environment
What you can expect:
- Responsible for the successful delivery of the technical implementation and onboarding of 1Password for small & medium projects for new clients, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables. Lead multiple projects at once, maintaining strict attention to detail across all assigned projects and tasks.
- Gather project requirements and help define project scope, working closely with teams to obtain level of effort estimates and adjusting timelines, scope, or cost as needed based on input from various teams.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, such as Project Plans, Stakeholder lists, and Task Lists, to meet both client and project needs while ensuring high-quality client service.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and other internal teams (e.g., Solutions Architects/Engineers, Trainers, Customer Success Managers) to develop effective solutions that meet client requirements and identify opportunities for enhancing the client's use of 1Password features.
- Capture and document client business requirements for non-standard requests and collaborate early with other internal teams (e.g., Product, Customer Success, Account Management) to ensure proper coordination and escalation when necessary.
- Set clear project expectations and timelines, ensuring coordination with internal teams so that timelines are met and addressing potential delays or risks.
- Schedule and conduct project status meetings and provide regular status reporting to clients, which may include using standardized risk logs for ongoing mitigation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing client communication related to project deliverables, questions, and requests via email and project management tools.
- Help coordinate issue resolution with internal teams during product configuration, testing, or post-launch phases, ensuring timely resolution or escalating to senior team members when needed.
- Perform basic quality assurance reviews on your work and the work of other stakeholders involved in the project to ensure that deliverables meet client and internal standards.
- Build a strong understanding of 1Password’s suite of products and services, allowing you to confidently support projects and client requests.
- Contribute to team success by providing general support to senior team members when needed.
