Position Overview:

Reporting into Matt Peloso - VP Sales.


As the Head of Sales North American, you will lead and scale our Americas sales team, driving revenue growth and market expansion. This strategic role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, experience in managing a team of 5+ Enterprise AEs and driving market expansion. You will own regional performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and play a pivotal role in our journey toward IPO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Americas region.

  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise customers, leveraging a Land & Expand model.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor account executives to consistently exceed targets.

  • Identify new market opportunities and design tailored go-to-market strategies for key industries.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and optimize customer engagement.

  • Forecast sales performance, manage pipeline, and report on key metrics to executive leadership.

  • Participate in sales campaigns to assist team members in reaching goals.

  • Drive operational excellence by implementing scalable sales processes and best practices that adhere to methodologies such as MEDDICC. 

  • Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments.

  • Experience selling to enterprise customers with a focus on customer experience solutions.

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a passion for recruiting and developing talent.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with North American enterprise market dynamics and customer needs.

  • Ability to travel as needed.
