Job Description SummaryThe Head of Product Marketing for SEI will develop and implement the global Product Marketing Strategy for the Enterprise Imaging Portfolio (RAD IT, Card IT, VNA, AI Orchestration, AWSE). This includes communication, value propositions, product differentiation, market segmentation, targeting, installed base retention, product branding, and sales enablement.

Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the go-to-market strategy and Commercial Activation process for new products.

  • Be the trusted expert in GE Healthcare’s enterprise imaging, digital and AI portfolio, understanding the market and target consumers.

  • Collaborate with Product Management to create strategy and lead marketing execution for product roadmaps and New Product Introductions.

  • Support Regional Marketing Directors in developing segment-specific marketing plans and ensuring strong product launch execution.

  • Develop digital campaigns and commercialize new products using innovative marketing approaches.

  • Ensure customer focus by building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, academic end-users, and customers, and reflecting the “voice of the customer” in all marketing and sales processes.

  • Create consumer-oriented marketing collateral, including case studies, testimonials, infographics, and videos, tailored to specific market needs.

  • Accelerate sales funnel through sales enablement, product campaigns, and life-cycle management solutions.

  • Set, monitor, and drive key marketing metrics for portfolio success.

  • Advise global and regional leadership teams on product roadmap and market fit.

  • Establish strategic partnerships to enhance the SEI Value Proposition and Product Roadmaps.

  • Liaise with product management and engineering teams to align marketing activities with the product roadmap.

  • Connect with the Imaging, Healthcare Systems and Science and Technology Product Marketing Teams to support the One GEHC digital strategy.

  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

  • Drive marketing excellence through knowledge sharing, process standardization, and capability building.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, product management, and/or engineering leadership roles.

  • Extensive experience in healthcare software and enterprise imaging domains.

  • Expertise in product management/marketing, including clinical demonstrations, market analysis, product launches, and life-cycle management.

  • Excellent business development, project management, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Travel with notice up to 20-30% of the time.

Desired Characteristics:
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Masters, etc.) in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, etc.

  • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate different global time zones when necessary.

  • Strong strategic influencing skills and ability to motivate individuals within a matrix environment.

  • Proven track record in an international environment.

  • Ability to perform under uncertainty and stressful situations.

  • Successful track record in customer-facing positions.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $170,400.00-$255,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
