About the role

Transcend, a leader in data rights management, is actively seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with a distinguished record in large-scale deal negotiations and closures. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in the enterprise sector, particularly targeting organizations with 1,000 - 5,000 employees. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in the SaaS space, coupled with a deep understanding of the nuances of large deal dynamics.

What you'll do

  • Strategically identify and engage with senior decision-makers in large enterprises, establishing and nurturing high-value relationships.
  • Building pipeline across prospect accounts and existing customers
  • Lead complex sales cycles with cross functional stakeholders, managing negotiations and deal closures with enterprises, specifically focusing on contracts with substantial annual recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate with Transcend’s leadership and cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the needs of each enterprise client.
  • Drive adoption of Transcend solutions in new and existing customers, leveraging detailed knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable market feedback to the Sales leadership team, guiding the evolution of Transcend’s customer experience.
  • Strategically utilize and partner with company resources (BDRs, Partnerships, Marketing, etc
)
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Who you are
  • At least 7 years of experience in a high-impact sales role within a SaaS organization, with a proven track record in F5000 account acquisitions.
  • Demonstrated ability in handling high dollar annual SaaS contracts, showing proficiency in navigating complex sales processes and contractual negotiations.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-level executives and technical leaders.
  • Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.
  • Previous experience in data management, privacy technology, or related fields is highly advantageous.
