Brief Description
Sprinklr is looking for a Sr Director of Solutions Consulting. This role is responsible for leading a team of Solutions Consultants (SCs) in their designated region and subject matter expertise, coaching on opportunities, serving as a solutions sponsor within key accounts, and recruiting and developing team members.
- As the Sr Director of Solutions Consulting, you will be the business leader across your region working closely with sales, marketing, post sales, product and finance to accelerate growth and deliver customer value. You will be the primary contact for your team of Solutions Consultants and directly aligned with your region’s success. You will manage their training, development, and growth, regularly observing them in the field and providing feedback. You will guide them in setting and achieving goals and ensure they are trained on industry-specific use cases and product enhancements as the platform evolves.
- Additionally, you will interlock with product teams as a SC GTM leader, ensuring alignment between product development and market needs. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineering to provide feedback from the field, advocate for customer requirements, and influence the product roadmap. Your role will involve facilitating communication between the SC team and product teams to ensure our solutions meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
Business and Technical Leadership in Solution Consulting:
- Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in AI, conversational interfaces, and agentic systems within the CXM landscape and how they align with Sprinklr's capabilities
- Lead technical and business discussions with customers and account teams to understand business requirements and propose innovative solutions that leverage the full potential of Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform. Serve as executive sponsor on strategic accounts.
- Own and drive top deals in and out of quarter for the Americas business, emphasizing the transformative power of unified customer experience management
- Recruit and retain top talent in Data/AI, Marketing, Advertising, and Social backgrounds
- Train and support the SC team in delivering consultative value propositions, designing and building end-end solutions for customers
- Initiate and lead projects to develop team capabilities and improve organizational structure and offerings.
- Lead SC enablement and onboarding functions ensuring SC experience is of the utmost importance for service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product-market fit, pricing, packaging, GTM sales plays, M&As, etc.
Business Leadership:
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets, with a focus on design the proper solutions for our customers with Sprinklr’s CXM platform.
- Develop and articulate a cohesive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy partnering with respective divisional vice presidents.
- Create content and participate in industry events to establish thought leadership in the CXM space, with a focus on the synergies between customer architecture and Sprinklr's platform
- Provide technical leadership to engineering and development teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design and architecture of complex software systems.
- Incorporate human-centric design principles and facilitate design thinking workshops to create intuitive solutions.
Product Interlock and Innovation
- Establish and lead a well-defined product interlock process bringing together GTM, product teams, and Sprinklr platform specialists
- Facilitate regular meetings between sales, marketing, product teams, and Sprinklr integration experts to align on product improvements and roadmap
- Gather and synthesize market feedback to inform product development priorities, ensuring seamless integration with Sprinklr's evolving capabilities
- Identify opportunities to leverage new tools and capabilities in Social, marketing and CCaaS technologies that complement and enhance Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform
- Develop and implement architectural strategies for software solutions.
- Align architectural strategy with business goals and technological advancements.
Training and Development:
- Manage the training and growth of the SC team.
- Provide regular feedback from field activities.
- Guide the team in setting and achieving goals.
- Ensure the team is trained on industry-specific use cases and product updates.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of enterprise-scale experience in presales or solutions consulting.
- 8+ years of presales management experience.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role in an enterprise software company.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in human-centric design workshops to drive customer-focused solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices.
- Extensive experience in complex system design and integration.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise marketing strategies and best practices.
- Ability to present and effectively communicate to customers and team members.
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
- Well versed in data architecture, API design and AI LLM Models

Compensation Range
$176,000 - $234,000 - $293,000The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
