Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Commission + Benefits

Our client in the eCommerce industry is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director of Sales to oversee and lead both the outbound and inbound B2B sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a proven track record in B2B sales management, and a passion for driving growth. Director of Sales (B2B inbound and outbound sales) Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Achieve revenue targets, grow market share, and growth objectives
• Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and provide ongoing coaching
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
• Refine sales approaches and identify new growth opportunities
• Set and manage sales targets, budgets, and forecasts
• Assess team performance and implement corrective measures as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients to drive partnerships
• Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent
• Report regularly on sales team performance executive leadership
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging markets, and tech advancements

• 8+ years of Sales experience required
• 3+ years of Sales Leadership experience required
• CRM experience required
• Power BI experience required
• Travel to home office in PA quarterly required
