Director of Partner Sales

We are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for targeting and acquiring new customers, leveraging channel partners, and demonstrating how our product can meet their needs and help achieve their goals.

Your main responsibilities will include hitting sales targets, creating new business opportunities, presenting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and managing relationships with channel sales partners.

This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

  • Hitting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Creating new business opportunities from qualified leads.
  • Identifying target accounts and prospecting new business.
  • Presenting product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurately forecasting sales.
  • Negotiating pricing and closing agreements.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to craft presentations and model financial impacts
  • Knowledge of and prior experience in the food and beverage industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Live in the Metro NYC area.
  • 30% travel required.

Salary Range:

$135,000 - $165,000

Plus bonus and stock options
