This role will lead a team of business development specialists responsible for the generation of new sales and cross sales for accounts that sit in the annual revenue range of $51M - $749.9M. This position will develop and lead the sales strategy to deliver on annual growth targets. 

Strong Preference to reside in California or Arizona.

What You'll Do

  • Must have a consistent track record in sales, thought leadership, leading and motivating a sales team. 

  • Must also have knowledge of technology solutions, knowledge of the specific client base and ability to sell run travel solutions to fit the customers needs.

  • Responsible for providing integrated solutions both online and offline to help corporations handle and optimize their corporate travel spend. 

  • Will set the strategic direction for the sales team in addition to leading the team in closing pipeline opportunities, participating in key customer strategy and negotiations that will yield top line growth for Business Travel Sales. 

  • Responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with key internal partners along with building and developing senior level client contacts.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 Years YOY success in sales plus a minimum 3+ years YOY success in a sales management role.

  • Prior sales management experience, leading a geographically dispersed sales team, developing people and getting results

  • Familiarization with SaaS and technology sales strategies and strong financial savvy.

  • Understanding of new strategic approach to run business trave.

  • Ability to implement results and to act and lead as a change agent.

  • Thorough knowledge of consultative selling techniques within complex product lines and services

  • Ability to work and contribute in a team approach and requires exceptional thought leadership and critical thinking skills.

  • Must have experience interfacing at senior levels of prospect/client companies and must be exceptional in presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 40% and virtual office experience a plus.
