What you will do:  

The Digital Retention Specialist for renewals is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer retention and satisfaction. This role involves proactively engaging with customers to understand and address their needs, identifying blockers to renewal, and implementing strategies to improve customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to analyze data to drive retention efforts.

• Act as the customer-facing point of contact for AEC clients whose subscriptions are renewing.

• Urgently support customers who are experiencing buying friction on their renewals to mitigate risk and customer churn in our online channel.

• Engage and communicate with customers professionally on a daily basis via email, chat, and phone.

• Manage and update Salesforce with detailed activities and next steps to provide full visibility into accounts, opportunities, issues, and forecasts.

• Directly negotiate with customers to overcome adoption barriers, develop plans to resolve pain points, and retain existing customers.

• Escalate ecommerce system issues quickly, submit and manage JIRA tickets to ensure resolution.

• Project manage all retention campaigns and new strategies for renewals. 

• Work with Renewals Team, Technical Support, and Customer Support as needed to retain at-risk customers.

• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention and reducing churn.

• Focus on continuous improvement methodologies, using automation such as Marketo to drive sales efficiencies for customer renewals and retention.

What Skills & Experience you should bring: 

• Expert in Salesforce CRM ticket process, management, and resolution. 

• 1-2+ years of experience in customer support, renewal sales, customer success, and SaaS preferred.

• Proficient with online technologies such as Salesforce, Aria, JIRA, and Google collaboration tools.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.

Salary, DOE, 50k + variable
