Who will you be working with?

The Digital Sales Director will be responsible for the business and sales growth leadership, encompassing Wabtec Digital portfolio for all passenger rail applications in North America. The successful candidate will have established relationships with transit agencies, engineering firms, and construction partners, as well as a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies in a rail project environment. The Passenger Rail Sales Director will lead a team of sales managers, serve as the key Wabtec interface with customers across North America, and effectively manage interactions across the full range of products.

This position reports to the Vice President for Passenger Rail.

Location: HQ Site (Pittsburgh, PA) or Remote

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Digital Sales group, you will be responsible for business and sales growth leadership for the Wabtec Digital Intelligence solution portfolio for Passenger Rail Accounts, including prime contractors and engineering firms. You will develop influential and effective relationships at all levels of both partner and customer organizations and develop strategies to win business.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience including product management and/or direct selling in the rail industry, with a preference for experience selling digital solutions
  • Technical or Business Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
