Description

We are looking for a Dialer to help grow our client's business in the US. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior sales experience, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or lead generation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve generating leads and setting appointments for the team by making outbound calls to potential clients. Strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport over the phone are key. Additionally, excellent spoken and written English skills are required for providing outstanding customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and supporting clients.

  • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients using a provided list or database, ensuring a warm and welcoming introduction.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for team members to meet with qualified leads, accommodating their availability and needs.
  • Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process with patience and attentiveness.
  • Database Management: Accurately update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring efficient communication and service.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on current trends and industry insights to communicate relevant and helpful information to potential clients.
  • Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate the value of the services offered, making sure clients feel understood and supported.
  • Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to the sales team regarding lead quality and insights gathered during calls to improve future interactions.
  • Generate Sales Leads: Cold call and set up meetings with potential clients, ensuring a positive and respectful approach to each interaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Sell staffing direct-hire and staff augmentation services while fostering strong, lasting relationships with clients through thoughtful market strategies.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets in both revenue and profitability while focusing on long-term client satisfaction and success.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales lifecycle, offering ongoing support and attentiveness.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a strong network by connecting with new and potential clients, joining associations, networking groups, and utilizing social media platforms.
  • Client Education: Take time to explain services to clients, ensuring they fully understand how we can meet their needs.
  • Lead Development: Assist in identifying and developing leads, offering guidance throughout the process and ensuring a smooth handoff when appropriate.
  • CRM Experience: Previous experience with CRM systems is preferred to ensure streamlined and organized interactions.
  • Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Product Support: Provide support to customers with their products and services, always aiming to meet their needs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions to ensure no details are overlooked.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify and report customer trends and feedback to management, helping to refine strategies for improved service and client satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Great English speaking skills
  • Proven track record of success in previous roles
  • Tenacious sales attitude with a competitive mindset

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • 2-3 years of experience cold calling on US, UK, or AU companies
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone
  • Persistence: Willingness to make a high volume of outbound calls and handle rejection professionally
  • Customer service skills: Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools
  • Management experience: Previous experience managing junior sales teammates
  • Sales experience: Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is advantageous
  • Perfect spoken and written English
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
