Job Summary
Oversee and support corporate accounts functions of the sales team based on short-term and long-term objectives. Implement sales strategies and achieve revenue targets and service goals for a large national Health Plan.Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for growing our Health Plan market share through the development of sales plans, strategies, objectives, policies and procedures aligned to broad corporate sales and marketing objectives
Work closely with the Executive Account Manager
Own formal RFP process for Health Plan Sales and partner with Executive Account Manager
Work in collaboration with Executive Account Manager on presenting our Health Plan capabilities through presentations and face-to-face customer meetings
Own process for non-formal RFPs and help manage retention of existing deals as they come up for expiration
Maintain personal contact with key customers in assigned markets
Develop and implement sales tools and programs; educate and communicate activity and success
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of experience in customer account management, sales or experience working with Prime Vendor Accounts.
Experience preparing business plans to align/support selling strategies
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a detail focused, results oriented environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be people oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Proven presentation skills working with high-level executives within customer accounts
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with Health Plans
Previous experience selling to Post Acute customers

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$96,200.00 - $144,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
