About your role
Deal Desk partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Fund Administration to efficiently close deals that benefit both our customers and Juniper Square.
The Deal Desk Analyst will have a team-oriented mindset and serve as a key point of contact for Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Fund Administration Managers on all deal-related matters, both big and small. This role involves managing day-to-day inquiries related to Salesforce, quote building, deal structuring, approval processes, and discount management. A critical aspect of this position is a strong desire to support others in achieving their goals and taking satisfaction in their success.
The Deal Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting our global Quote-to-Order process. Reporting to the Deal Desk Manager, this foundational hire will play a pivotal role in refining processes, enhancing systems, and fostering a service-oriented approach to drive efficiency and growth across the organization.

What you’ll do
Advise Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Fund Administration Managers on deal structures, quote preparation, approval processes, and order processing.
Strategically design deals by proposing solutions that align with customers' unique needs while maximizing revenue.
Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure all contracts are accurate and compliant with internal policies.
Work closely with Accounting to review and address revenue recognition concerns for non-standard deal structures.
Partner with Legal and Finance to document non-standard terms or commitments.
Identify process improvements and develop creative solutions as needed.
Qualifications
1+ years of relevant work experience in contract negotiation, deal desk, sales operations and/or comparable role.
Team-oriented mindset, finding satisfaction in supporting sales representatives as they close deals and teams as they achieve quota.
Self-motivated and strategic thinker with experience in cross-functional pricing and proposal execution across Sales, Customer Success, Fund Administration, Legal, and Finance.
Thrives under pressure, with excellent prioritization skills and transparent, professional, and effective communication.
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, balancing attention to specifics while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
Results-driven and execution-focused, with a strong sense of accountability.
Experience in Deal Desk.
Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ.
Experience in Fund Administration is a plus but not required.
Compensation
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable. Juniper Square is not accepting applications for this opportunity from candidates based in Washington, California or New York at this time.
