Job Summary:
The Data Analyst, Revenue Operations will be a foundational member of the go-to-market (GTM) team with a mission to drive meaningful insights to inform effective decision-making for the GTM team. You will be on the forefront of accelerating our data-driven culture! You will ask the right questions, identify patterns and insights from data and then collaborate across GTM teams to tell a comprehensive story with data. You will be a trusted business partner to design, build, and maintain dashboards and operationalize data. Contributions in this role will directly impact major strategic Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Marketing efforts including sales bookings, funnel optimization, pipeline forecasts, sales capacity plans, Ideal Customer Profile analysis, annual planning and target setting, churn and retention forecasting, and marketing initiatives ROI. This role provides extensive opportunity to work cross-functionally not only with Sales, Marketing, CS, but also Finance, Product, and IT.
