Customer Success Manager, SMB - US - Remote CA, CA, United States

Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Procore’s SMB Customer Success Team. In this role, you’ll build, retain, and grow our client base. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Install-Based Sales team and Account Executive teams, applying best practices and solutions to ensure our clients are set up for success and achieving their individual business goals and objectives.

As a successful Customer Success Manager, you’ll use your consultative mindset to leverage Procore’s technology solution with General Contractors, Specialty Contractors, and Owners. You’ll be instrumental in developing and maintaining relationships and delivering custom ROI analysis for our client base. You will deliver industry and technology thought leadership while encompassing Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership. This role will be positioned to support our Commercial Vertical.

This position reports to the Manager, Customer Success, SMB, and can be based remotely. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Gain a strong understanding of strategies and utilize best practices relevant to retaining and growing our accounts while mitigating risk
  • Ensure clients understand the value Procore delivers to their business and deliver a custom ROI story to clients that mirrors their business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with key executives, technical leadership, and our Sales team to customize and execute development strategies
  • Build trust and create meaningful relationships among champions and key executives within each account
  • Identify and forecast risk as well as growth opportunities within the portfolio
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitor

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $64,000 - $88,000 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $80,000 - $110,000. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
