This position calls for a keen understanding of customer needs, goals, and challenges, with a focus on aligning these with the value our product or service delivers.

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand and retain your portfolio of partners in alignment with Mainstay's business growth goals
  • Proactively manage partner relationships to identify potential issues, spot opportunities for upselling, and enhance partner satisfaction and retention
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners to grow your network and expand brand awareness of Mainstay in the industry
  • Oversee all aspects of managing the Mainstay platform for assigned partners, ensuring alignment with partner goals and use cases
  • Track and report on partnership performance using data and metrics to identify improvement areas for partners and internal stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations and discussions to expand or renew partnership agreements that align with the organization's goals
  • Maintain accurate partner data and records in Mainstay's systems
