You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.

How you will contribute

You will: 

  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
  • Lead and execute the biscuit and confections strategy for assigned customers (Associated Food, Basha's, and IGA).
  • Ensure the delivery and execution of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
  • Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operation of the biscuit and confections category.

More about this role

Education / Certifications: Bachelors degree preferred

Job specific requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years in a customer-facing role in FMCG/CPG industry with proven HQ selling/negotiating experience. Previous experience calling on Associated Food, Basha's, and IGA is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Successful relationship building/partnership
  • Previous experience in trade spend management and budgeting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Data analytics & insights: previous experience with Nielsen, Spins, Circana/IRI or other syndicated data tool preferred. Familiarity with sales and forecasting tools (TPM), highly preferred

Travel requirements: Minimal travel required.

The base salary range for this position is $87,600 to $120,525; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
