As Corporate Account Manager supporting Leslie’s within Pool Solutions, you will identify and secure new business opportunities within these accounts and provide them sales & customer support.
Essential Job Functions
- Collaborates internally to forecast sales quotas and plans for the National Account, ensuring profitable sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned corporate accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and securing contract renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver value to clients.
- Monitor account performance and analyze metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights.
You will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time, potentially less depending on location, travel will mostly be to Arizona. However, US wide travel will also be required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in the chemical sales is required.
- Experience of pools is highly desirable.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret and action data with fact-based selling skills.
- Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Consultative selling orientation
- Strong presentation/communication skills

The expected compensation range for this position is between $117,675.00 and $164,745.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law. ApplyJob Profile
