Modivcare is looking for an experienced Client Liaison IV to join our team. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, addressing concerns related to fraud, waste, and abuse, and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate these issues.

- Manages and maintains strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for fraud, waste, and abuse concerns.
- Conducts thorough investigations into allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse, gathering and analyzing evidence.
- Develops and implements strategies to prevent and mitigate fraud, waste, and abuse within the organization.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepares detailed reports on investigation findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Provides training and education to clients and internal teams on fraud, waste, and abuse prevention.
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fraud, waste, and abuse management.
- Attends all ad hoc, weekly, monthly and quarterly scheduled meetings with broker clients.
- Responds to all Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) relating to any state or broker client partners.
- Owns all deliverables for all SIU’s broker client relationships – including standing deliverables and ad hoc request.
- Creates and pitches presentations to current and potential broker clients regarding SIU best practices as required/necessary.
- Acts as a centralized point person for any broker client concerns related to Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA).
- May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Occasional business travel may be required.
We are interested in candidates with the following...
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
- Seven (7) plus years of experience in Account Management, Payor Relations, or FWA management, preferably in the healthcare or transportation industry.
- Demonstrated experience with Law enforcement collaboration, payor relations, and relationship management preferred.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective communications and correspondence with internal and external management and clients.
- Requires solid presentation skills.
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Requires strong analytical and problem solving skills; strong attention to numbers; and strong attention to detail.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to constant change; self-driven and motivated; able to prioritize and work independently.
- Must have strong work ethic.
- Must be technologically competent with Microsoft office products to include Excel, Access, Word, Windows, Project, Outlook, etc.
Salary: $80,400 - $108,600
Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
