Client Alliance Executive - Remote

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Client Alliance Executive to lead and expand our client engagements within the consulting industry. This senior leadership role demands a deep understanding of client relationship management, business development, and strategic consulting services. As a Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for driving client success, fostering long-term partnerships, and contributing to the growth and innovation of our organization.
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored consulting solutions that drive value.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, performance reviews, and proactive issue resolution.
2. Business Development and Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients to expand our consulting services footprint.
- Lead proposal development, including crafting customized solutions and presenting to client executives.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
3. Strategic Consulting Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative consulting solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices, industry benchmarks, and emerging trends.
- Oversee the successful execution of consulting engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
- Mentor and develop junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership, ethical behavior, and a commitment to client success.
5. Market and Industry Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, client relationship management, or business development within the consulting industry.
• Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships at the executive level.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address complex client challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet client and business needs.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with digital transformation and technology consulting services.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
• Professional certifications relevant to consulting or project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL).
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $149,200 to $238,700. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
