Job Description:

Arrow ECS, NA is looking for a world-class AI SME (Subject Matter Expert) to drive cross-vendor solution alignment and growth in the AI business in North America.  In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market AI cross-vendor strategies that enable Arrow partners to build solutions, offerings, and new capabilities that meet the needs of their customers.  The ideal candidate will have experience driving successful partnership initiatives at scale and a sales or business development background with demonstrated experience driving GTM motions. The ideal candidate possesses a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and a solid ability to dive deep into data to uncover business opportunities. Presentation skills and sales acumen are a must and a core responsibility of the role. Working knowledge of and experience in the AI category is required.  

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Activities include building and executing joint get-to-market and go-to-market plans, educating partners on services, helping partners innovate with our services, and unblocking challenges that our partners face in realizing business growth. You will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall market adoption of partner solutions and capabilities. You will be the cross-vendor AI subject matter expert supporting partner management and sales teams. 
  • Execute GTM strategy to grow Arrow AI's cross-vendor business through partners in North America. 
  • Support partners at different development stages, including practice development, offering/solution development, enablement, and leveraging various vendor programs.
  • Drive partner revenue through regular pipeline, opportunity registration, and business reviews with partners to exceed annual goals. 
  • Engage with vendor management, partner management, field sales, solution architecture, and end customers to create and drive AI revenue opportunities for Arrow. 
  • Develop and deliver AI cross-vendor solution sales and technical briefings 
  • Provide thought leadership to assist in developing AI cross-vendor strategies and programs. 
  • Serve as an AI subject matter expert who advocates for AI vendor capabilities internally and externally. 

What We Are Looking For:

  • 7+ years of business development, sales, or alliance management experience in the software/technology industry 
  • 4+ years of experience growing AI & machine learning-related services or products. 
  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability to exceed sales, business development, or alliance management goals against annual growth targets for technical products 
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and driving strategic plans across various teams, including vendor leadership, solution architecture, product management, partner management, and account management teams 
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience defining business goals and developing and executing go-to-market plans that exceed goals. 
  • Target OTE Salary is in the range of $ 180K-200K for this role.

Work Locations:

  • Centennial, CO- will follow a hybrid schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are required office days for the Panorama Office site; Monday and Friday, work from home.
  • Peabody Boston, MA- Will follow a hybrid schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are required office days for the Peabody office site; Monday and Friday work from home.
  • California and Texas- Fully Remote- Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$161,800.00 - $88,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
