Job Summary

Responsible for understanding the business value and defining user and customer experience for the pre-sales process, creating and presenting impact analysis, creating and maintaining process flow updates, gathering business requirements, collaboration with technical and development to ensure functional requirements are correctly translated. Supports testing activities, building end-user content, supporting deployment activities, and driving programs forward through a collaborative and cross functional team environment. Your role will contribute to optimizing sales processes, enhancing efficiency, and maximizing revenue generation.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements from sales and cross functional stakeholders to create a comprehensive impact analysis, translating them into actionable insights and requirements to drive process improvements and enhance sales effectiveness through process, systems, and tools.
  • Interacts closely with matrixed cross-functional teams (both field and corporate) to secure alignment.
  • Understanding of the Software Lifecycle Development Lifecycle. Waterfall and Agile methodologies to convert Business and Functional requirements into functioning software that represents the processes that support the best user and customer experience as possible.
  • Supports analysis and design of existing and new business processes that span multiple areas of the organization, including Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, Training, Finance and Legal.
  • Develops scalable processes to support and benefit the Company's architecture vision.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to sales management.
  • Maintain and update process flows related to sales operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and facilitating efficient sales processes.
  • Develop comprehensive end-user content, including user guides, manuals, and training materials, to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance in the context of Sales.
  • Provide support for testing activities within sales operations, including test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking, to ensure the quality of sales-related deliverables.
  •  Assist in developing and implementing sales enablement initiatives, including sales training programs, tools, awareness, and resources.
  • Helps to define success metrics for each new system or process and establishes a plan to track, monitor and measure the success of those metrics.

    Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to sales operations and business analysis.

    Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all aspects of work.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Compensation

National Pay Range: $46,882.56 USD-$109,881.00 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
