About the role

Business Advisors are driven to provide clients with the best customer service in the industry and focused on net property and book growth. They are obsessed with client success and know that Zillow is the best place for clients to achieve that success. They work to mine opportunities in existing client portfolios. As a part of the Zillow Rentals Team, Business Consultants are comfortable in a fast paced, ever changing environment. They have a positive, can-do attitude!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive the new business sales cycle including identifying potential clients, resolving prospect’s needs, negotiating and closing.
  • Be an expert in all Zillow Rentals Network products and services Perform a high volume of calls to secure new accounts and increase participation from multifamily rental management companies.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to prospect, log activity, manage your calendar and opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate performance expectations to clients internally and externally.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quota.
  • Excel in high level conversations and presentations with decision makers with the focus on building positive relationships in order to drive business results.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Zillow Group, representing the best interests of the company, its advertisers, and industry partners.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product, marketing and sales process and improvement
