Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engage with customers to understand technical and business requirements

• Define the overall system architecture for the system and develop solutions

• Prepare and present technical proposals, respond to RFQs

• Develop cost estimates for budgeting of the proposal

• Pitch automotive capabilities to customers and closely work with sales team

• Develop proof of concepts to build in house technical capabilities

What We Are Looking For:

• 10+ years of automotive domain experience in system and software engineering.

• Experience in working with OEM / Tier 1 programs

• Understanding of Automotive program life cycle – RnD and Production

• Well versed with Pre-sales activities

• Automotive capabilities pitching to various prospects Responding to RFI / RFQ with full blown proposal Well versed with estimation techniques

• Well versed with following areas within Automotive

• AUTOSAR with Vector / Elektrobit / mentor graphics tool chain

• Functional Safety (ISO26262)

• A-SPICE

• Model based development

• Automotive Cyber Security (ISO21434)

• Knowledge / work experience in following areas

• ADAS/Digital Cockpit/Infotainment system (IVI)

• Electrification/ EV Charging

• Connected Technology/Telematics Gateway/ V2X

• Domain Controller

• Knowledge / work experience with following protocols

• CAN / LIN / Automotive Ethernet/UDS/Flexray

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$116,700.00 - $187,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
