Job Description

We’re looking for an Associate Portfolio Marketing Manager to support our new standards in data-driven, persona-focused marketing. In this role, you’ll help drive messaging and positioning for our personas across the Procore Platform. You’ll implement marketing strategies, tactics and launch plans that continue to establish Procore as the best construction management platform. Leading with curiosity, being a collaborative team member, the Associate Portfolio Marketing Manager will need to take a calculated approach in how we go to market for our industry specific executive personas. 

As a successful Associate Portfolio Marketing Manager, you have experience in executing go-to-market strategies, polished presentation skills, and experience developing strategies and tactics to evangelize the Procore platform to encourage growth and adoption for prospects and customers.  

This position reports into Director, Portfolio Marketing  and would be based remote with opportunity to travel to our Procore offices when necessary. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Your Impact:

  • Customer Expertise: Become a go-to expert on your persona base, with insights from macro & micro level customer feedback to inform into Product development, GTM strategies & messaging on a regular basis

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Impact the execution GTM plans for new and existing products in your portfolio, and serve as the liaison between Product Management, Business Development, and Technology Partners to align GTM and launch timelines to releases for Platform and Security towards Executives

  • Messaging & Positioning: Contribute to developing the external-facing messages and collateral for product releases for the Executive persona, and ensure releases are communicated to in such a way to express the differentiated value clearly and translated into content that drives engagement across marketing channels

  • Analytics and Reporting: Report on key metrics, and monitor performance to assess the effectiveness of marketing and product initiatives 

  • Market Research: Participate in research to help define new market, and product differentiation opportunities including trends and challenges 

  • Event Participation: Represent Procore at industry trade events, executive forums, partner meetings, and roadshows and produce and present compelling presentations - 25% travel (may include domestic and international), industry events, and other Procore offices

  • Collaborative Partner: Partner to ensure internal groups are aligned with go-to-market strategies, primary personas, and can properly position Procore with the necessary information and collateral to execute successfully for their remit

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience 

  • Knowledge of the SaaS platform solutions
