Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director US Oncology Consumer Marketing to work support various Oncology consumer marketing efforts. This role will lead consumer marketing of our TKI and immunotherapy combination that is currently approved for use in the treatment of several cancers, as well as other early commercialization products as part of the broader our company's Oncology growing portfolio. The position will report to a Director, US Consumer Marketing.
This position will require outstanding leadership in many areas, including strategy development, problem solving and launch excellence, as well as the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This person will have the opportunity to impact business today, while simultaneously planning for future indications. This role also requires exceptional collaboration skills in working with a wide variety of internal and external partnership stakeholders, including our alliance partners.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Strong leadership and team collaboration in developing and helping execute consumer marketing strategy for both existing and future indications and products
Closely collaborating among our company's internal stakeholders and with external Collaboration Partners, to ensure consumer strategy is integrated and aligned with overall brand and franchise priorities
Lead positioning, strategy, market research, patient journey development and exhibit partnership for media planning/ development of metrics across several tumors
Establish and lead new, innovative agile digital team
Leverage knowledge of the market dynamics and competitive set to make strong go-to-market recommendations and shifts
Strong understanding of the end-to-end patient journey, especially around treatment and post-treatment needs
Experience leading promotional and multi-channel media planning for all consumer channels for assigned tumors
Solid understanding of social and digital media to evaluate recommendations that align to target audience
Interpret consumer data, media measurement and analytics to ensure ongoing optimization and success against strategy and campaign goals
Engage with consumer promotions team to prioritize and ensure execution against brand plan
Collaboration with HCP, payor and global communication teams to ensure brand efforts are aligned
Successful promotional budget oversight as part of broader P&L
Education:
Required: BA/BS
Preferred: MBA
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years Marketing experience
Consumer marketing, DTC, and/or consumer promotions experience
Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of integrated marketing across various channels
Strong collaborative skills
Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and lead sub-teams in support of key marketing strategy areas
Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams
Agile-type work experience
Preferred Experience:
Product/Indication launch experience in the US market
Experience with combination and/or co-promote brands
Oncology Marketing experience
Excels when addressing ambiguity, working outside existing processes and structures
Ability to drive influence and alignment
Test and learn mindset to drive culture of innovation
This role will require approximately 10% travel, including some weekends.
Position Location: Remote and Hybrid setting; Upper Gwynedd, PA office proximity preferred

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$153,800.00 - $242,200.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
