Associate Account Manager

Hi, Iâm Kevin! I lead the Account Management team here at Customer.io. Weâre looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our growing team in Ireland!Â
As an Associate Account Manager at Customer.io, youâll play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll work with your assigned accounts to ensure their needs are met, manage renewals, and identify growth opportunities. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in account management while collaborating with teams across Customer.io, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
We donât need you to be an expert in everything, but rather someone eager to learn, passionate about customer satisfaction, and ready to help our clients succeed. Youâll be supported every step of the way as you take on challenges and grow in your role.
Some things you'll do:
- Build Relationships: Youâll be the go-to person for your clients, managing their accounts and renewals while collaborating with the Customer Success team to strengthen client connections and support their growth with Customer.io.
- Support Growth: Collaborate with Account Managers to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and pipeline health, ensuring weâre always working towards growth and success.
- Track Progress: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your accounts, spotting any potential issues early and working with the team to find solutions.
- Be There for Clients: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and issues, and collaborate with billing to manage account-related matters and ensure a smooth experience.
- Learn and Grow: Stay on top of industry trends, expand your skills in account management, and look for ways to contribute to the teamâs success.

What we're looking for:
