The ASO Partner Sales role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic upselling initiatives focused on Administrative Services Only (ASO) health plans and other channel partners. This role involves working closely with clients to identify upselling opportunities, developing targeted sales strategies, and maximizing the value of existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASO and partner relationships, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record of successful upselling.
What You’ll Do:

Essential Functions:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies with and through existing ASO partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with ASO sales teams. Understand their clients’ needs and existing benefits structure to tailor recommendations that align with their objectives.

Analyze partner data, claims information, and market trends to identify potential opportunities. Present targeted solutions that address clients’ specific needs and demonstrate the value of Vori Health services.

Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients. Clearly articulate the benefits of Vori Health, including clinical model and financial impact of the program.

Monitor and track the success of ASO relationships. Analyze sales metrics, client feedback, and performance data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

Work closely with the Growth Team and other departments (e.g., finance, product) to ensure alignment on upselling strategies and client needs. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless implementations.

Provide training and support to new and existing clients on Vori program and relationship structure. Ensure clients understand how to leverage these services to achieve their own growth goals and drive client satisfaction/retention.

Prepare and present regular reports on partner performance, relationship growth, and client and member engagement. Provide insights and recommendations for improving ASO sales strategies.

Stay informed about industry trends, ASO best practices, and competitor activities. Share relevant insights with clients and prospects to help drive growth.

Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in ASO support and sales approaches. Implement improvements based on client input and market demands.

Who You Are:

Required:

Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in channel sales and upselling within healthcare.

Strong presentation skills in virtual and in-person environments.

Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to distill and present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

Strong understanding of ASO principles, tools, team structures, compensation arrangements and best practices.

Experience with data analysis and performance tracking to drive sales strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

Demonstrated sales success with self-insured employers

Previous experience with commercial ASO plans

Existing network of consultants and ASO sales teams

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
