App Modernization Director - Remote

Perficient is seeking a full-time App Modernization Director for a remote position open to candidates across the United States. In this pivotal role within our global App Modernization practice, you will lead pre-sales and client engagements, develop partner strategies and collaborate with AWS, and enhance business operations to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results and financial performance. Additionally, you will cultivate a dynamic and engaging culture that motivates both team and individual excellence, in alignment with Perficient’s People Promise. Growth Mindset / Sales Partnership:
- Collaboration with Perficient’s sales team and practice leaders to support sales engagements with clients and also via partner channel.
- Engage in all aspects of sales, from identifying opportunities to crafting tailored solutions and creating compelling proposals.
Client Engagement:
- Foster strategic relationships with key client stakeholders including C-Level, VP, and Director levels.
- Understand client needs, identify growth opportunities, and drive value and business outcomes.
Partner Engagement:
- Contribute to our overall AWS partner engagement strategy, support the execution and measurement of our strategy.
- Be a leader representing Perficient and our practice to AWS, articulate our value proposition and co-selling sales plays that create a win-win.
- Build and foster authentic relationships within AWS and the broader ecosystem.
Vision & Innovation:
- Provide strategic thought leadership for our practice and our clients.
- Develop and execute plans that expand innovative offerings and enhance client value, especially Gen-AI as it relates to Application Modernization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Team Leadership:
- Develop, mentor, and collaborate with our broader team of leaders and consultants.
- Champion collaboration, celebrate individual achievements, and manage the technical and business aspects of consulting.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing delivery and expanding accounts assigned to you, supporting pre-sales efforts to influence revenue by aligning with ADs and targeting strategic accounts for App Modernization. You will drive our channel strategy in partnership with the Cloud practice to elevate our partnership status with AWS, focus on growth in App Modernization specialties, and assist with marketing strategy.
