Key Responsibilities
Leads.io is on the search for a Account Success Manager to complement our dynamic work environment. As an Account Success Manager at Leads.io your main role will be to nurture and maintain strong relationships amongst our varied calibre of client base within a multitude of different industries. You will work closely with a portfolio of key client accounts whilst providing exceptional customer service to non-managed accounts. Your day will be varied, from optimising client accounts to working with various departments to foster mutual commercial growth.
Other responsibilities are:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Driving account expansion and increasing the lifetime value of our existing client base by identifying growth opportunities specific to their business goals
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of our services
- Resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Identifying blockers affecting client conversions from lead receipt to sale and providing support to drive an increase on their ROI
- Understanding conversion metrics and educating our partner base with speed to lead, contact strategy, sales, and follow-ups.
- Providing regular updates and reports to clients on account performance and progress
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity relevant to clients
- Collecting payments where required and resolving any discrepancies
- Collaborating with internal departments to deliver on client expectations
- Taking part in new and existing projects

Requirements
Your qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and / or Sales
- Track record of revenue growth, expansion and retention
- Commercial acumen with a growth mind-set
- A passion for building and nurturing client relationships
- A natural talent to thrive in a fast paced work environment, multi-tasking a number of different processes
- Experience in debt management and payment collection
