You are highly motivated and passionate about working with Corporate Risk clients. You’ll manage strategic relationships with a portfolio of Fortune 500 and Enterprise clients to elevate their workflow and ensure Dataminr’s critical alerts are getting into the right hands at the right time so clients can make faster decisions.

You’re a commercially-minded Account Manager with experience managing a portfolio of Enterprise level accounts, from onboarding new clients to identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You're excited about joining a rapidly growing vertical where you'll help your clients identify and solve their most difficult data challenges.

The opportunity

  • Develop strategic, consultative relationships with Corporate Risk clients to understand their goals and seamlessly integrate Dataminr into their workflow

  • Partner with internal teams to develop, implement, and deliver onboarding, training, and usage plans tailored for each customer

  • Developing, executing, and managing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within existing accounts. 

  • Manage your opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely forecasts to management.

  • Attain quarterly targets for bookings in your book of business, on-time renewals, and overall critical renewal and expansion metrics.
