Job Description

Join our Infrastructure & Construction (I&C) team as Vice President Sales, where you'll drive sales strategies and revenue growth across our portfolio of 10 B2B trade events and four media brands, including World of Concrete and The International Surface Event.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales strategy execution, revenue target setting, and budget management within the I&C division.
  • Manage and optimize the sales process, ensuring team performance aligns with sales goals and revenue plans.
  • Uphold I&C sales culture through core values and industry expertise, influencing strategic decisions and product development.
  • Collaborate with brand teams and sales leaders to enhance cross-functional coordination and optimize sales operations.
  • Forge impactful partnerships and alliances to drive commercial success and expand market reach.
  • Represent I&C in high-level strategy sessions and inter-company meetings with Informa Markets and Informa Group leaders.
  • Oversee key account management, strategic planning, and sales team coaching to foster customer relationships and maximize revenue.

Key Duties:

  • Develop aggressive revenue growth strategies and annual budget plans.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide sales-driven customer insights to enhance team performance.
  • Lead projects involving sales operations, product strategies, and sponsorship development.
  • Manage annual compensation plans, objective setting, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative sales environment through regular meetings and strategic sessions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, supporting both existing and new business initiatives.
  • Travel as required for face-to-face client meetings and industry events.
