We are looking for a high performing Vice President, Regional Sales operating for the North America (NOAM) Region. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role will be reporting to Chief Revenue Officer.


Vice President, Regional Sales responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Vice President, Regional Sales duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.


Responsibilities:
• Increase sales through our partner base to achieve our overall revenue objectives
• Responsible for maintaining and achieving quarterly channel performance forecasts
• Lead the effective collaboration tactics between sales and Partners at both new and existing customers to drive growth and influence revenue.
• Participate directly in the sales cycle for key ‘must win’ opportunities and facilitate co-sell opportunities.
• Drive the company’s efforts to recruit new partners
• Ensure standards for Partner delivery excellence and customer satisfaction are maintained or exceeded to reduce churn and eliminate gaps in the understanding
• Oversee Partner enablement elements to ensure Partners are properly trained and motivated to sell and deliver SonicWall product and service offerings.
• Ensure partner program compliance across United States and Canada.
• Inspect and ensure proper execution on our partner business plans
• Interprets data to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis or problems, or suggest areas for process improvement.
• Hold reviews with business owners to validate quality, completeness, and accuracy of sales objectives and achievements
• Work closely with the global channel team to continue to evolve our partner program to meet the market’s needs
