Venue Sourcing Consultant

 

About the role:

As a Venue Sourcing Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing suitable venues for our corporate clients' meetings and events, ensuring that their expectations are exceeded through high-quality and professional service.You will manage the entire inquiry process, from understanding client requirements to negotiating contracts and finalizing bookings.

 

As a Venue Sourcing Consultant you will:

  • Understand client service level agreements and contractual requirements  
  • Manage all incoming inquiries and emails  
  • Conduct thorough research to identify suitable venues  
  • Create and submit Requests for Proposals (RFP) using Cvent and other platforms  
  • Negotiate rates and terms with venues  
  • Organize and attend site visits as needed  
  • Maintain data integrity and track savings in Empower  
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key industry contacts and clients  

 

You're good at:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers   
  • Negotiating effectively to maximize savings and additional value for clients  
  • Demonstrating exceptional organization and attention to detail  
  • Working collaboratively within a team while embracing change productively  
  • Performing under pressure and meeting deadlines without compromising quality
