What You’ll Get to Do
CACI is seeking a Value & Performance Management Lead for our US Air Force Cloud One Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration contract. This role will be crucial in ensuring the program delivers maximum value and meets performance targets throughout the cloud migration and modernization process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance management, value engineering, and cloud technologies, with the ability to translate complex technical metrics into meaningful business value indicators. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and analytical skills to drive value and performance in a complex cloud migration program.
More About the Role
· Develop and implement a comprehensive value and performance management strategy for the cloud migration program.
· Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of cloud migration and modernization efforts.
· Conduct regular value assessments of migrated applications and cloud infrastructure.
· Analyze performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
· Work closely with technical teams to optimize cloud resource utilization and cost efficiency.
· Develop and present performance reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership and government clients.
· Lead efforts in continuous improvement of cloud operations and application performance.
· Collaborate with financial teams to assess and report on the return on investment (ROI) of cloud initiatives.
· Implement and manage tools for monitoring and reporting on cloud performance and value metrics.
· Ensure alignment of performance management practices with contract requirements and government regulations.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
· 8+ years of experience in performance management, preferably in IT or cloud environments.
· Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their business implications.
· Experience with value engineering and cost-benefit analysis in technology projects.
· Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
· Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
· Familiarity with government contracting and reporting requirements.
· Knowledge of financial management and budgeting processes.
· Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
· Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
· Certifications in project management (PMP) or IT service management (ITIL).
· Experience with cloud cost management and FinOps practices.
· Familiarity with DoD or federal government performance management frameworks.
· Knowledge of cybersecurity metrics and their impact on overall performance.
· Experience with automated performance monitoring and alerting systems.
· Understanding of DevOps practices and their influence on performance management.
· Familiarity with machine learning and AI for predictive performance analysis.
· Experience in change management and organizational transformation.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
